摘要:根据艾瑞网初步的预估数据统计显示,2008年网络购物交易额规模突破千亿大关,达1194.7亿,网络购物用户规模达8000万,近三成的网民都成为网络购物用户:虽然互联网上商机无限,中国消费者对网络的信任危机却频频发生。和线下市场一样,网上售卖假货事件层出不穷,引起消费广泛关注。

  交易信任是消费者产生信任感的重要前提。所以,成功的网上交易常常需要信用的支持,即交易双方互相信任,信守承诺。网络交易中信用的缺失引起的信任缺位将成为网上交易进一步发展的瓶颈。本文旨在研究网上交易中出现诚信问题的原因以及提出改善网上交易信用建设的相关建议。

Abstract:The data counts by iResearch display that,in 2008 network shopping volume of trade scale breaks thousand hundred million, amounts to 1194700 million, Network shopping consumer scale amounts to 80 million ,the cyber citizen who is close to thirty percent all becomes the network shopping consumer.Though business change is boundless on internet.The Chinese consumer frequently had no confidence for the crisis of network.As the existing market,some bad things was sell on the net,arouse broad attention.

  Business trust is very importance for the consumer.Successful net business often needs the credit of each other to support.In network business,it is difficulty to developing for the lose of the credit ,the article want to fine the cause of the problem appears on the net in business as well as improving the relevance suggestion having caught with a net business credit construction.
