摘要：电子商务在这几年的发展极为迅速，网上商城的种类和服务质量也得到快速的发展。但是目前在电子商务的实践过程中，交易安全问题成为中国电子商务市场亟需解决的问题。本论文旨在对电子商务的交易安全保障进行研究，采用综合防范的思路，探讨电子商务交易安全在技术、管理和法律方面的保障性对策。论文主要通过案例研究的方法，针对当当网近期出现的交易安全问题进行分析，对比同类优秀网上商城，提出一些网上商城交易安全保障体系的优化管理，信息技术的完善，网站交易安全的管理以及对法律法规建设的期望等理论对策，进而提出一些适合当当网发展的建议，希望对当当网有所启示和帮助。

Abstract：E-commerce is growing very rapidly in the past few years, the type and quality of service of the online store has also been rapid developed. However, transaction security has become the urgent problem in the Chinese e-commerce market. This paper aims to conduct a study on e-commerce transaction security system and its application in the field of e-commerce and security of e-commerce technology,law and managerment system. This paper  choose a case study to analyze for the Dangdang recent transaction security issues. I put forward some theories countermeasures comparing of similar outstanding online store, such as optimizing online store, improving website safe-management  and construct the laws and regulations.Then Put forward some recommendations for development of electronic commerce.I hope this paper have some implications for similar enterprises.
