摘要:在信息技术高速发展的今天,传统的数据统计方式在处理庞大繁杂的信息量时显得力不从心,因此,人们对于运用计算机来辅助和管理工作的需求正在逐步提高。

   随着各个公司业务的逐步扩展,公司的员工人数也在迅速增加,手工管理员工工资最大的缺陷就在于数据量太大,不易查询。在这种情况下,手工管理员工工资已不能满足社会的需求。随着社会的日益竞争,这种落后的人工管理方法必将被淘汰。

   而借助于计算机管理员工工资,不仅查询和修改方便,并且效率高,速度快,完全能够满足现代化公司管理的需要,同时也更利于实现全面办公自动化。因此开发一套工厂员工工资管理系统软件势在必行。

   员工工资管理系统的开发主要是采用VB.NET编程语言,以Visual Studio 2005、SQL Server 2005为开发工具,Windows XP作为操作系统而实现。设计实现了用计算机对员工档案(如姓名、性别、编号等)和员工工资(如岗位工资、全勤奖金、津贴和各种扣款项目等)进行查询、修改、增加、删除以及存储;对符合条件的记录进行查询、统计、输出等;用计算机快速、准确地完成各种资料的统计和汇总工作;面对庞大的数据,管理人员有一定的困难,因此设置导入功能,能够批量导入员工的工资信息(部门主管做好的计件工资表或者是固定工资表),迅速地计算出各种工资,可使管理人员节省大量时间,而且使用起来方便。真正实现了管理的自动化。

Abstract:In the rapid development of information technology, the traditional statistics today in dealing with large multifarious ways when information, then, ragged people use computer to assist in the management and demand is gradually improve work.

   As each company business spread gradually, the company's employees, the rapid increase, because in management level is limited, causing some employee records management is not perfect, especially multifarious employee wages management record, not easy inquiry, modify, vulnerable to error, and backward staff management methods as the society increasingly competitive, will be eliminated.

   But with the help of computer management staff wages, not only query and modify convenient, and efficiency, high speed, can completely meet the need of modern company management, and also more conducive to realize comprehensive office automation. So developing a company employee wages management system software is imperative.

   Employee wages management system development is mainly used VB.NET programming language, Visual Studio 2005, SQL Server 2005as a development tool, Windows XP as the operating system and the realization of. Design and implementation of computer to the staff records ( such as name, gender, number ) and staff ( such as post salary, attendance bonus, allowance and all kinds of deduction items ) query, modify, add, delete and storage; the matching records query, statistics, output; with fast, accurate computer to complete all kinds of information and summary of the statistical work; in the face of the huge data, management has certain difficulty, therefore setting the import function, can batch into staff's wages information ( department supervisor to the piecework table or fixed salary table ), quickly calculates all kinds of wages, can enable managers to save a lot of time, and easy to use. Realizing management automation.
