摘 要:火焰切割机是利用各种可燃气体和氧气的燃烧来切割钢坯的。火焰切割机的主要特点是:投资费用比较少,切割设备的外形也较小,切缝较平整,并不受铸坯温度和断面大小的影响,特别是大断面的铸坯,其优越性更明显,但切割时间较长,切缝又宽,切口处的金属损耗严重,污染也严重。 火焰切割机通常由切割机构、同步机构、返回机构、断面检测器、定尺机构及氧、乙炔管路系统等部分组成。切割机构是火焰切割机的关键部分,它主要由切割枪和传动机构组成。同步机构是指使切割小车与连铸坯同步运行的机构。切割小车是在与铸坯无相对运动的的条件下切割钢坯的。返回机构是指采用普通小车运行机构。定尺机构是由气缸推动测量辊,使之顶在铸坯的下面,靠摩擦力使之转动,触发脉冲器发出脉冲信号。 关键词:火焰切割机 切割机构 同步机构 返回机构 定尺机构
