摘 要:钢坯横移机是连铸生产线上重要设备之一,其功能是将从连铸机出来的钢坯平稳,无冲击的输送到下一道轧制工序。该设备正常工作与否直接关系到整个连铸生产线的生产运行。常见钢坯横移机的种类分为齿轮齿条横移机,卷扬牵引样式横移机,链条牵引式横移机。 本文选用链条牵引式横移机,其链传动受环境影响较小,可以实现长距离输送,适合在低速重载环境中使用。本机构采用双输出电动机驱动减速器,进而带动链轮转动,从而实现移钢过程。两电动机之间采用离合器相连接,可实现机构的同步性,稳定性。本文主要对横移机进行了方案的选型,结构设计,强度验算三个方面进行了详细说明,以及在制造安装以为维护过程中应注意的问题进行了介绍。 关键词:钢坯 链传动 拨爪 同步性
Abstract:Steel moving machine is an important component in ejection system of continuous casting production line, its function is from the billet continuous casting machine of smooth, no impact to a rolling process. Its normal operation is related to the entire continuous casting production. Common types of billet horizontal machine is divided into gear shifting machine, hoist and traction style shifting machine, chain traction type sliding machine. This selection of the chain sliding traction machine, chain drive less affected by environment, can achieve long distance transmission, suitable for use in low-speed heavy environment. The mechanism is driven by motor reducer, which drives the chain wheel to rotate, so as to realize the moving process. The two motor is connected between the clutch, it ensuring the whole billet pusher dog can maintain good synchronicity relatively. This paper conducted a program for sliding machine selection, structural design, strength checking three aspects of the detailed description and in the process of manufacturing installation that maintenance should pay attention to the problem are introduced.
