摘 要:横移机是连铸生产线上出坯系统的重要设备之一,它的正常运行与否,关系到整个连铸生产的进行。本设计主要设计计算了机械传动部分,采用双输出电机和两台减速器分别带动两传动轴,整个钢坯拨爪运行能保持较好的同步性。在横移机传动结构上主要采用了齿轮齿条式传动。该结构具有结构简单,传递功率高、寿命长、工作平稳、可靠性高和维护方便等优点。 关键词: 横移机 传动部分 较好同步性 齿轮齿条
ABSTRACT:Steel moving machine is an important component in ejection system of continuous casting production line, because its normal operation is related to the entire continuous casting production. The issue mainly designs and calculates the mechanical transmission part, which puts a dual-output motor and two reducers into use to drive two transmission shafts respectively, ensuring the whole billet pusher dog can maintain good synchronicity relatively. Besides, rack and pinion drive is mainly applied in transmission structure of steel moving machine. The structure has numerous advantages such as simple structure, high transmitted power, long operating life, smooth operation, high reliability and easy maintenance.
