摘 要:推钢机是冶金轧钢行业炉前进料的主要设备，它的用途是将加热炉炉前辊道上的钢坯或炉前上料台架上的钢坯推入加热炉进行二次加热。推钢机的种类有很多分别是摩擦式推钢机、液压式推钢机、螺旋式推钢机、齿条式推钢机、曲柄连杆式推钢机。本文主要对推钢机的方案选型进行了详细说明,结构设计作出了图纸说明，强度计算进行了详细的计算。 分析道本次设计需求推力较小，所以结合各个放啊本设计在推钢机结构设计上主要采用了摩擦式的结构形式.其次还介绍了在设计、制造、安装和使用过程中应注意的问题。

ABSTRACT:Push the steel machine is main equipment of metallurgical furnace of steel rolling industry before feeding,It is the purpose of the heating furnace billet on the table or the furnace before the billet on the feeding platform into secondary heating furnace.Pushing machine types have a lot of are friction type push steel machine, hydraulic pushing steel machine, spiral push steel machine, rack type push steel machine, push crank connecting rod type steel.This article mainly for scheme selection of pushing machine details, drawings to make the structure design, strength calculation has carried on the detailed calculation.Demand analysis, the design thrust is small, so the hold on this design in combination with pushing steel machine structure design mainly adopts the structure of the friction type.Secondly also introduced in the design, manufacture, installation and use process should pay attention to the problem.
