摘要:ERP在中国经过了三十多年的发展得到了越来越多企业的认可,当它成为一种趋势时,其成功率却不尽如人意。首先,本文将借用前人对ERP实施项目风险评价体系的研究,对ERP系统风险各个要素进行简单的分析,把影响ERP实施的风险按照环境风险、项目管理风险、协作方选择风险、软件风险和实施基础风险进行分类;然后使用层次分析法,结合模糊决策法建立ERP项目实施风险模型评价模型,为ERP实施风险提供初步判断机制;最后,本文对风险分析的基础上,探讨相应的控制办法和防范措施,为企业实施ERP提供借鉴、指明方向。希望随着ERP的逐步成熟,能为企业的发展提供更大的帮助。 关键词:ERP;层次分析法;风险评价;风险控制;模糊决策法
Abstract:EPR has been recognized by more and more entERPrises after 30 years’ development in China. But its success rate is not so satisfactory as it becomes a trend. Accordingly, this article will draw on previous implementation of the EPR project risk evaluation system, make a simple analysis on the risk elements of the ERP system, accordance environmental risk, project management risk, collaboration side choice risk, software risk and implementation foundation risks classification; Combination of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)and Fuzzy Decision Method for the establishment of the ERP project implementation risk assessment model, provide initial assessment mechanisms for the risk of ERP implementation. Finally, on the basis of risk analysis, this essay will also probe the corresponding control and preventive measures, in order to provide suggestions in ERP implementation and point the direction. Hope to serve greater assistance to entERPrises’ development with the gradual mature of ERP.
