摘要:聚合物之间的相容性是选择适宜共混方法的重要依据,也是决定共混物形态结构和性能的关键因素。对混合状态进行精确的表征是研究聚合物共混体系的基础。聚酯单丝用的高粘度聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)切片熔体流动性能极差,通过共混改性的方法,在PET中添加一定量的端苯基超支化聚酯(HBP)以改善其流动性。本实验采用结晶动力学的方法评价了PET/ HBP共混物的相容性。结果表明,共混物的晶体生长速率(G)和成核速率(N)与过冷度和共混物组成有关。从结晶前后化学势的变化与共混物组成的相关性以及从晶体生长速率和成核速率得到的结晶表面自由能参数(K,S)与共混物组成的相关性来看,所有共混物都是相容的,其中共混物组成在G3-HBP的含量达到6%前是完全相容体系,含量超过6%是部分相容体系;加入的HBP的代数在第三代前时共混体系是完全相容体系,之后则为部分相容体系。从相容性的角度进一步解释了HBP的加入对PET的加工流变性能的影响。随着HBP用量的增加,PET的塑化扭矩和平衡扭矩减小,塑化时间先减小后增大;随着HBP代数的增加,PET的塑化扭矩和平衡扭矩减小,塑化时间也是先减小后增大。极性适中的端苯基超支化聚酯对PET的加工兼具内-外润滑作用。 关键词:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯;端苯基超支化聚酯;结晶动力学;相容性
Abstract:The miscibility between the polymers is the critical factors in determining the suitable blending methods and the morphology and properties of the blends. The precise characterization of the mixed state is the basis of the study of polymer blends. The melt flow performance of the high viscosity poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET) used as polyester monofilament is poor. The mobility of the PET adding a certain amount of phenyl-terminated hyperbranched polyesters (HBP) can be improved by the blending method. In this study, the miscibility of PET/HBP blends were evaluated by isothermal crystallization kinetics. The results showed that the crystal growth rate (G) and nucleation rate (N) of the blends were connected to the degree of supercolling and the composition of the blends. All the blends are compatible systems judging from the chemical potential changes in the crystallization and the surface free energy parameters of the crystallization (K,S) which determined by the crystal growth rate (G) and nucleation rate (N) connected to the composition of the blends. When the content of G3-HBP achieves to 6% or the generation of HBP reachs the third generation, the blends will change from miscible systems to partially miscible systems. Further, the rheological properties changes of the PET/HBP blends can be explain from the miscibility. The plasticizing torque and balancing torque of PET decreased with the increase of the content of hyperbranched polyester, with the plasticizing time decreasing first and then increasing. Phenyl-terminated hyperbranched polyesters with moderate polarity have inner-external lubricating effect on PET.
