摘 要:以三七粉为原料,探明超声波震荡法和固相萃取技术应用于三七中有机氯农药的提取净化的工艺条件,确定适合提取用的原料的粒度后,研究提取剂、提取时间、料液比、活化剂、洗脱液、以及净化过程对有机氯回收率的影响,以确定最佳提取净化条件。结果显示,较理想的提取工艺条件为:提取剂采用丙酮;提取时间为60min;料液比1:20;活化剂是使用5ml丙酮-正己烷(体积比为1:9)混合溶液和5ml正己烷先后淋洗弗罗里硅土小柱;洗脱液配比1:9,通过多组实验建立起超声波震荡法-固相萃取技术-气相色谱法检测三七中有机氯农药残留量的分析方法。 关键词:有机氯;超声波提取;固相萃取;净化;检测;回收率
