摘 要:本实验主要用微波萃取法提取三角梅中的红色素。在不同的乙醇浓度,微波功率,提取时间以及料液比等条件下对三角梅进行微波法提取。采用单因素与正交试验设计,确定出微波提取的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度65%、提取功率为460W、微波时间为60S、料液比为1:10,其中浓度和料液比是主要的影响因素.之后再对提取出的色素在不同温度,PH等条件下的稳定性进行研究。得出三角红色素在光照条件下较为稳定,在较高浓度NaCl溶液中稳定性较差,适用于酸性条件的结论。本实验为三角梅进行深加工提供经济可行的工艺参数,使之更好的投入实际生产,充分体现三角梅红色素的经济价值及工业应用价值,且为三角梅工业化生产提供可靠依据。 关键词:三角梅;色素;微波提取;稳定性
ABSTRACT:The experimental research SanJiaoMei with the red pigment extracted microwave method. Fresh SanJiaoMei cut into pulverized. In different ethanol concentration, microwave power, extraction time and under the condition of liquid materials such as SanJiaoMei than for microwave method of extraction. Through the single factor experiment results design orthogonal experiment SanJiaoMei SanJiaoMei red pigment extracted from the optimum technological conditions. Then to the extracted pigment in different temperature, PH value stability under such conditions. This study for processing SanJiaoMei provide financially feasible process parameters, make better into actual production, fully embodies the economic value and SanJiaoMei red pigment industrial application value, and to provide theoretical basis SanJiaoMei research development.
