摘要:本设计针对处理难选贫锡中矿回转窑高温氯化所产收尘溶液、产出砷铁渣、铋铜渣、锌镉渣回收其中所含有价金属,及返回利用氯化钙。工艺采用预中和—铁盐脱砷—中和沉铋—中和沉淀锌—稀氯化钙回收的工艺步骤进行。设计说明书对设计的过程进行了详细的阐述:包括物料平衡的计算,主要设备的选择,主体设备的设计,车间配置的设计。 关键词:氯化收尘溶液;有价金属;设计
ABSTRACT:This design mainly discusses around dregs of As and Fe, dregs of Bi, dregs of Zn are the intermediates of disposing of high temperature chlorinate collecting solution in Sn. To collect the valuable metals, using the technology procedures: to prepare neutralizing—ferric salt and dearsenification—to neutralize and deposit Bi—to deposit Zn—to recover the watery CaCl2 to be underway. The design specification makes a detailed description of the process, which includes the calculations of Material balance, the selection of major equipments, the design of main equipment and the design of shop configuration. 在本次设计中,首先根据工艺流程及设计规模对砷、铋、锌、氯元素做平衡计算。其次,根据元素的平衡计算进行设备的选择和主体设备的设计,在此基础上完成了车间设备的平面布置。最后,应用AutoCAD软件完成了工艺流程图、设备连接图、设备配置图、主体设备总图的绘制,并完成设计说明说的编写。 |
