摘 要:本文是利用水模拟钢液体,空气模拟氧气,由转炉顶部垂直插入的氧枪将空气吹入以水模拟的钢液熔池中。研究液面高度,枪位变化,气流量等因素的变化来测试氧枪对液面喷溅量和混匀时间的影响,通过实验研究,结果表明在当模型顶吹气体流量≥28m³/h时,枪位和流量变化对熔池均混时间影响较小;熔池的喷溅量随枪位降低和顶吹气体流量的增加而增加;当气体流量为32m³/h时,熔池的喷溅量较大。 关键词:氧气转炉; 顶枪流量; 枪位; 均混时间; 冲击深度
