摘 要:铟是一种用途广泛的金属,从铅烟尘中提炼铟是生产铟的重要途径。铅烟尘用硫酸浸出,浸出液采用三级萃取,萃取剂为30%-P204-煤油,负载有机相用1mol/L H2SO4,四级反萃铟,反萃铟后的有机相用6mol/L HCl,三级反萃Fe,为防止有机相中夹带Cl-,在有机相的循环过程中至使浸出液中Cl-富集,影响萃取率,反萃铁后的有机相用一级洗涤后返回萃取。反萃铟后的反萃液用锌板置换即可得海绵铟。根据已知数据进行物料平衡计算,由工艺流程图选择和确定车间设备,确定主要设备的尺寸,并对关键设备进行设计。 本设计主要是通过对提炼粗铟车间中的萃取设备的设计,从而提高铟提取过程的生产效率,从而达到经济、高效、可靠和易操作的生产要求。最后根据工艺流程图画出详细的车间平面图及设备连接图,在此基础进行设计。 关键词:铟;车间;设计
ABSTRACT:Indium is a widely used metal, indium extracted from lead dust is an important way to the prduction of indium.
