摘要:冶炼烟气制酸是硫酸工艺的主要组成部分,用冶炼烟气制酸,既保护环境,又是资源的综合利用,在经济和社会效益上具有较大的优势。锌冶炼中的烟气制酸是不可或缺的流程,不仅可以减少尾矿浪费、还可以减少污染气体的排放,增加企业效益。 本设计主要是根据锌矿冶炼后烟气通过设备净化——干吸——转化,两转两吸从而得到产品的主要流程线路,主要设备绘制以及平面图布置,涉及基本的数据计算。针对锌工艺流程中 ,烟气制酸年产20万吨车间设计。希望能够简易的展现锌冶炼流程中烟气制酸的流程。 关键词:烟气制酸、净化、干吸、转化
