摘要:本课题采用 Suzuki偶合反应, 以2, 7-双(4, 4, 5, 5-四甲基-1, 3, 2-二氧杂硼烷-二基)-9,9-二辛基芴和4,4”-二溴-4”-甲基三苯胺为单体合成了芴三苯胺的共聚物, 以不同配比的2, 7-双(4, 4, 5, 5-四甲基-1, 3, 2-二氧杂硼烷-二基)-9,9-二辛基芴,4,4’-二溴-4”-甲基三苯胺和4,7-二溴-2,1,3-苯并噻二唑合成了一个系列的D-π-A型的共聚物。对合成的共聚物分别进行了核磁(1H-NMR)测试、凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)测试、紫外光谱(UV)测试、差示扫描量热法(DSC)测试、循环伏安曲线(CV)测试 、 热重分析仪(TGA)测试。发现成功合成了芴三苯胺共聚物和D-π-A型的共聚物,并且分子量在11800-20000之间。D-π-A型的聚合物随着三苯胺含量的增加及苯并噻二唑含量的减少,聚合物的共轭长度变长,最大吸收峰波长逐渐红移。D-π-A型的共聚物的光学带隙比芴三苯胺共聚物小。三苯胺和苯并噻二唑的比例的改变,对HOMO能级和LUMO能级的影响不大。三苯胺,芴,苯并噻二唑配比为0.8:1:0.2的D-π-A型的共聚物玻璃化转变温度为111°C。D-π-A型的聚合物的10%的热失重温度比芴三苯胺的共聚物大,聚合物的最大失重速率温度都在445°C左右,苯并噻二唑的加入对最大失重速率温度几乎没有影响。探索了聚合物在太阳能电池上的应用。

Abstract:Fluorene-triphenylamine based copolymer was synthesized by using 2,7-di (4,4,5,5- tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxoborane-diyl)-9,9-diotylfluorene and 4,4’-dibromo-4”-methyl 

triphenylamine as monomers through Suzuki coupling . A series of D-π-A type copolymers were prepared by different proportions of 4,4’-dibromo-4”-methyl triphenylamine to 4,7-dibromo-2,1,3-benzothiadiazole as monomers through Suzuki coupling . The resulting copolymers were characterized and analyzed by proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR) , gel permeation chromatography(GPC) , UV-Vis spectrophotometer(UV),cyclic voltammetry (CV) , differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermo-gravimetric analyzer(TGA) . It was found that fluorene-triphenylamine based copolymer and the series of D-π-A type copolymers were prepared successfully. Their number average molecular weights were between 11800 and 19500 . With the increase of the amount of triphenylamine and the decrease of the amount of benzothiadiazole ,the conjugation length of the polymers were longer , the wave length of the maximum absorption peaks of D-π-A type copolymers occurred apparent red shift . It was found that optical band gaps of D-π-A type copolymers were  more narrow than that of fluorine-triphenylamine based copolymer. The proportions of triphenylamine to benzothiadiazole had little effect on HOMO and LUMO. It was found that (TPA)0.5-PF8-(BT)0.5 polymer’s glass transition temperature was 111°C.10% weight loss temperature of the D-π-A polymers was larger than fluorine-triphenylamine based copolymer. The maximum weight loss rate temperature was around 445°C,the adding of benzothiadizole had few effect on the maximum weight loss rate temperature.We explored the application of polymer in solar cell.
