摘要:本课题以三硫代碳酸酯、阴离子交换树脂、苯乙烯(Str)为原料,通过RAFT聚合反应制备接枝聚合物。分为三个过程。第一,制备三硫代碳酸酯,以及三硫代碳酸酯和阴离子树脂的交换。第二,苯乙烯用RAFT聚合接枝到树脂上。第三,将苯乙烯从树脂上脱下来。通过红外(IR)、核磁(1H-NMR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对合成的接枝聚合物进行表征和分析。核磁(1H-NMR)的测试表明成功合成出了单羧基硫代碳酸酯和双羧基三硫代碳酸酯。红外(IR)测试表明三硫代碳酸酯成功交换到了阴离子树脂上。同时,通过红外(IR)对产物的表征,发现苯乙烯成功接枝到了阴离子树脂上。 关键词:苯乙烯,RAFT聚合,接枝聚合物,可控活性自由基聚合。
Abstract:Graft ploymers on the surface of the anion exchange resin were synthesized via the RAFT polymerization of styrene. First, two trithiocarbonates with carboxyl group were synthesized, and grafted on the surface of the anion exchange resin through the anion exchange reaction. Second, the RAFT polymerization of styrene was carried out in the presence of the modified resin. At last polystyrene was take off from the anion exchange resin through the anion exchange reaction. The resulting polymers were characterized and analyzed by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR), gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The proton nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR) showed that two trithiocarbonates with carboxyl group were successfully synthesized. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) proved that the trithiocarbonates were successfully grafted onto the anion exchange resin. The gel permeation chromatography (GPC) supplied the molecular weight and polydispersity index of polystyrene in the liquid phase in the different polymerization conditions.
