摘要：信息时代的到来和发展，使人们的学习方式发生了根本性的变革。各种多媒体技术教学资源的引进，产生了体育课堂的高效率。农村地区使用网络、多媒体等信息技术，与以前相比，有了很大的提高。但是，与城市地区相比，教育教学资源的匮乏，计算机等教学工具在学科教学中的应用显得较为不足，特别是在体育课程中的应用尤为单薄，因此本论文通过文献资料法、访谈法、调查法，从多媒体技术的应用特点和大姚县农村中学体育教学的特点、多媒体技术对促进大姚县农村中学体育教学的价值进行阐述、分析。通过分析突显出多媒体技术在大姚县农村中学体育教学中的应用价值，使多媒体技术与大姚县农村中学体育教学有效结合，使体育与健康课程的教学效果更加优化，使大姚县农村学校体育更好的发展。

ABSTRACT：The advent and development of the information age , resulting in the way of people learning a fundamental change. The introduction of a variety of multimedia teaching resources, resulting in a high efficiency of the Physical Education Classroom. Rural areas to use the information technology of network, multimedia and so on, has been greatly improved compared with the previous. However, compared to urban areas , education teaching resources and the application of computers and other teaching tools in subject teaching seems to be rather inadequate , especially in the physical education curriculum is particularly thin , so the paper through literature, interviews , survey from the application character of multimedia technology and the Dayao rural secondary school physical education in multimedia technology to promote the value of the Dayao rural secondary school physical education to elaborate analysis . Through the analysis highlights the value of multimedia technology in the Dayao rural middle school physical education teaching ,make an effective integration between  Multimedia Technology and Dayao County Rural Middle School Physical Education Teaching , make the teaching of Physical Education and Health effects more optimized , so that the Dayao County rural schools the development of sports better.
