[摘要] 当前,高效课堂已逐渐深入教师的教学理念中,而理答是提高课堂效率的重要因素之一。反思当今小学语文课堂理答,简单地肯定与否定、表扬与批评、重复等随处可见,充斥课堂。尤其对于新手教师来说,容易忽略理答的重要性。那么,如何立足于关注每个学生的发展,精心预设与生成课堂理答,解放与发展孩子的思维,培养具有创新精神与实践能力的一代新人?本研究从小学语文阅读教学中新手教师理答的常见误区入手,从而更加理性地了解现今教学中新手教师的理答现状,通过观察小学语文阅读课堂,分析新手教师的理答过程,从而总结出有效理答的策略,为新手教师更快成长、提高教学质量提供更多的指导。 [关键字] 小学语文阅读教学; 理答; 新手教师

首先,通过查阅资料的方式了解了现今学者对教师课堂理答的研究情况。接着,通过课堂观察、访谈的方式,我深入了解当前小学语文阅读教学中新手教师的理答现状,并结合对案例的分析,找出了新手教师理答的常见误区,即:理答目标不明确;理答内容错误;理答方式单调;理答浮于表面;理答过于直接。然后,我根据已得研究材料,分析出了造成这一系列理答问题的成因,即:新手教师对理答的认识不足;新手教师对课堂教学的反思欠缺;新手教师没有充分尊重学生的主体地位。最后,我针对新手教师理答的常见误区,在究其原因后,提出了以下应对策略:提高认识,明确理答目标;旁敲侧击,变换理答形式;尊重学生,追求理答效果。
