摘  要

　　　本文是以译代论的毕业论文。译者翻译职场小说《上班啦，我是新丁我怕谁》的“IP党”、“个人VI形象识别系统”、“态度决定效果”三个章节。小说文笔细腻，语言平实幽默，富口语化和网络化。在对选材进行英译后，译者还谈及了选材的翻译方法以及翻译感想。在翻译过程中，译者主要运用了目的论、“信达雅”理论、对话翻译等翻译方法,以及用幽默的方式去诠释原文。鉴于选文的内容和语言特点，译者在忠实于原文的基础上，根据英汉两种语言的传统风格和表达习惯，以及译者对这两种语言的掌握和理解，尽量翻译出地道，能够传达原文真情实感的译文。

Abstract

　　　This paper is designed to do some research on the translation of an office novel As a junior, I’m never daunted. The author chooses three chapters of this novel as the source text, and they are A Gang to be Criticized, The Recognition System of Personal VI Image, and Attitude Decides Effect. In this novel the language is exquisite, plain, humorous, and colloquial. Besides translating this text, some translation theories and translation thoughts are concerned about. In this paper, the author mainly applies the following translation theory: Skopos Theory, “faithfulness, expressiveness and elegance” theory, conversational translation in a humorous way. In view of the content and language features of the selected text, the translation is loyal to the text. And based on styles of English and Chinese, the two cultures, and expression of language habits, in addition to the author’s understanding, the author tries her best to produce an idiomatic Chinese-English translation, which can convey the true feelings of the original.
