摘要:农村教师对于提高我国教育质量、促进教育公平,实施新农村建设有着重要作用。吸引和留住优秀人才到农村小学任教,调动农村教师的工作积极性、主动性和创作性。提高学校的教学质量,营造和谐的教师成长环境,需要有效的激励策略。但是,关于农村小学教师激励的研究较为薄弱,如何借鉴已有的激励理论,探寻科学的农村小学教师激励策略显得尤为必要。

  论文以龙陵县龙江乡农村小学教师为研究对象,以马斯洛需要五层次为维度设置问卷,运用SPSS软件处理数据,分别研究了不同性别、婚姻状况、年龄、职称、月收入的农村小学教师的心理需求状况的不同,并根据教师需求现状提出相应的激励策略。

ABSTRACT:The teachers in rural have an important role in improving the education of China quality, promoting education fairness, and Implementing New Countryside talents to rural primary teaching, transferring the rural teachers’ working enthusiasm, initiative and creative. Improving school's quality of teaching, creating a harmonious teachers' growing environment needs effective incentive strategy. But, about the countryside elementary school teacher inspiring research are weak, how to draw lessons from the existing motivation theory, and explores the scientific rural elementary school teacher inspiring strategy is necessary.

    Papers uses the Longling county in Longjiang Xiang rural elementary school teachers as the research object, by maslow's hierarchy need five dimensions for setting the questionnaire, the use of SPSS software processing data, were studied different sex, marital status, age, professional title, income of rural primary school teachers' psychological needs of different conditions, and demand corresponding incentive strategy according to the current situation of teachers.
