摘要:近几十年来,我国英语教学的发展尤其迅速,这得益于良好的学习氛围与强大的学习动力。就目前来说,我国英语教学注重学生英语语言能力的培养而忽视了文化教学的重要性。教学过程中对跨文化意识的植入少之又少,致使学生对英语的理解缺乏跨文化的深度与广度。学生学了十多年的英语后仍不能自如的用英语进行交流,更谈不上进行跨文化交际活动。培养学生跨文化意识,既是英语教学的重要目标,也是实现英语教学目的的必然要求。 本文首先从对学生与教师的调查问卷入手,通过对调查结果的分析,发现目前英语教学中跨文化意识植入效果不理想这一问题。然后进一步从教学模式、学生主体、教材内容、语言场景等方面深入剖析了学生跨文化交际能力缺失的深层原因。基于现阶段各国对外语教学以及文化教学方面的教学经验和实践成果,有针对性地提出英语教学中解决跨文化意识植入的关键在于应注重教材的编撰工作、改善教学方法、突出中西文化的对比、为学生提供实践平台等一系列策略和措施。以期更好的指导英语教学,通过跨文化意识的植入,全面提高英语教学质量。
