Abstract:Non-verbal behavior is the action transmitting information and communication by using subvocal predication (movement, expression, entity, etc.), paralanguage or other forms. Universally, there exists a situation that pupils at young age have low self-control. Meanwhile, their attention is easy to be diverted. The application of non-verbal communication in English teaching is conducive to change this situation. Therefore, non-verbal communication is necessary in English teaching when verbal communication is used. Although non-verbal communication has been a method of teaching English in class, in fact, not all teachers are fully aware of the importance of non-verbal communication. In consideration of primary English teaching, this paper, aims to elaborate the application of non-verbal communication in primary English teaching. In addition, some suggestions are given in the applications of non-verbal communication in primary English teaching. Key words: non-verbal communication; primary English teaching; application
摘要:非言语行为是指运用言语行为之外的动作、表情、实物、环境等无声言语或副言语行为等形式,进行信息传递和交流的行为。在小学英语教学中,由于学生年龄小,自控力差,注意力容易分散,恰当地运用非语言交际有助于改善这一现象,因此,在言语教学的同时,非言语交际在英语教学中的应用是必要的。虽然在小学英语教学中,非言语交际已成为一种教学方法,但在实际教学过程中并非所有的教师都充分意识到非语言交际的重要性。本文针对小学英语教学的需要,从理论上探讨了非语言交际在小学英语教学中的作用,并对非语言交际在小学英语教学中的运用提出了一些自己的建议。 关键字:非语言交际;小学英语教学;运用 |
