中文摘要：为了调查中国留学生对英国高等教育机构的满意度，该研究以接受英国高等教育的中国留学生为研究对象，进行问卷调查和访谈，以探讨出他们对英国高等教育的满意程度。本研究基于顾客满意度理论以及高校教育服务质量理论，从教学实践、学术研究、评估体系和学生事务管理四个维度分析中国留学生对英国高校的满意度。在这项研究中，基于高校教育服务质量理论，问卷中的每个维度将会通过不同的指标进行测量和分析，通过统计分析软件对得到的问卷数据进行分析，以得出频率和比例，然后通过分析得出结论。结果表明，学生对英国高等教育机构的满意度较高。除此之外，本研究在问卷调查之后，通过访谈探讨了影响学生对英国高校满意度的因素。另外，本研究还讨论了一些提高中国赴英留学生就读体验的建议。
