摘要:近年来,中国互联网和电子商务的迅速崛起,为互联网保险带来了大好的发展时机,也对我国互联网保险的发展提出新的要求。互联网保险并不是单纯的将传统产品搬运到线上,而是将互联网与保险相融合,从而产生场景化、个性化和碎片化的产品,满足客户的最新需求。互联网保险的发展创新,对保险公司和外部的监管机制等提出了更高的要求,机会与挑战并存。
面对新的要求和挑战,保险公司需要抓住创新要素,在产品的保险责任、保险期限、保险金额、购买频次、保险价格、理赔流程等关键环节上进行创新。但与此同时,互联网保险产品也遇到很多问题,如产品或者设计理念同质化严重;条款过于复杂;产品违反保险本质等。面对这样的问题,“互联网+”背景下急需寻找出保险产品创新的对策,要加快产品合法创新进程,建立健全相关法律法规,完善对互联网保险的监管,搭建大数据共享平台,运用人工智能技术,注重保险产品的知识产权保护。
本文共有七部分,开篇详细介绍了目前我国互联网背景下的保险产品,接着阐述了互联网保险产品现状和发展,并以微保为例进行案例分析。紧接着描述了当前中国市场上互联网保险创新过程中存在的问题。而后又借鉴美国和英国等发达国家的互联网保险产品创新的经验,最后,为促进我国互联网保险产品的进一步创新,提出了一些相关对策。
