Abstract:As the largest retail enterprise of the world, Wal-mart has the very special enterprise culture. Among many successful factors, we can say without exaggeration that Wal-mart’s enterprise culture plays the most important role. Wal-mart always pays much attention to enterprise culture, which is the guarantee of the enterprise’s development. Enterprise culture can enhance the whole enterprise’s cohesion and fighting force. At present, there is a huge gap between Chinese retail enterprises and Wal-mart. Many Chinese managers begin to pay attention to the development of enterprise culture, but they just stay on the grope phase. This dissertation focuses on the analysis of Wal-mart’s enterprise culture, and the gap between Chinese enterprises and it. By comparison, sum up the deficiencies of Chinese retail enterprises. 中文摘要:作为全球最大的零售企业,沃尔玛拥有非常独特的企业文化。在众多成功因素当中,可以毫不夸张的说,沃尔玛企业文化起了首屈一指的作用。沃尔玛一直非常重视企业文化的作用,充分发挥企业文化对形成企业良好机制的促进和保障作用,增强企业的凝聚力和战斗力。目前,在中国,我们的零售企业和沃尔玛之间的差距是非常明显的。虽然中国的许多企业家也开始重视企业文化的建设,还是他们还只是处于摸索的阶段。本文着重于沃尔玛企业文化的分析以及中国企业与沃尔玛在企业文化建设上的差距,旨在通过对比总结出中国零售企业的不足之处。 关键词:沃尔玛; 企业文化; 中国企业 |
