Abstract:With accelerated pace of the world economy globalization and the steady improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength, more and more Chinese enterprises have gone abroad, transnational mergers and acquisitions (hereinafter referred to as the m&a) has become the main method of overseas investment, but most of the enterprises usually emphasize on the importance of strategy and financial factors, but always ignore the cultural integration. To a large extent, transnational m&a cultural integration is much harder than other aspects of integration. This article is mainly focusing on the perspective of cultural integration in Geely acquiring Volvo, from three aspects to analyze which are the importance of cultural integration, the cultural differences between Geely and Volvo and the strategies to deal with the cultural differences, in order to sum up and introspect the experiences and lessons of cross-border m&a cultural integration, to pay attention to the influence of cultural integration problems, and try to get some solutions. 中文摘要:随着世界经济全球化进程步伐的加快,中国的综合国力稳步加强,越来越多的中国企业纷纷走出国门,跨国并购已成为海外投资的主要方式,但大多数企业重点通常都放在战略和财政的因素上面,而总是忽视了文化整合。在很大程度上来说,跨国并购之后的文化整合更比其他方面的整合更加困难。 本文主要着重于文化融合的角度,从吉利并购沃尔沃中文化整合的重要性,文化差异的原因,吉利的处理策略这三个方面的差异进行对比分析,总结和反思跨国并购文化融合中的经验和教训,注重文化整合的影响问题,试图找到一些解决办法。 关键词:跨国并购;文化整合;吉利;沃尔沃 |
