Abstract:Culture and language are highly interrelated and inseparable; that is to say, language is not only the carrier of culture but is also restricted by culture. Culture education plays an important role in language learning process. English language teaching aims at cultivating students’ intercultural communication skills. The unawareness of the differences between Chinese culture and English culture and the lack of understanding of English culture will lead to the inefficient intercultural communication skills of the students. The teacher should introduce the cultural education into the English teaching class naturally, improve students’ understanding and usage of English language, strengthen their awareness of intercultural difference, and then gradually improve their intercultural communication skills. The most important point of this paper is to illustrate the principles and approaches of the introduction of cultural differences into English teaching class in junior middle school. 中文摘要:语言和文化是统一的,不可分割的。在语言学习中,文化的学习占据了极其重要的位置。英语教学的目的是为了不同文化背景的人实现跨文化交流。本文作者旨在解决许多学生由于对汉英语言文化之间存在的差异以及英语文化的不了解而导致实际语言交流能力较低的问题。将文化教学结合到初中英语课堂教学中,促进学生对英语的理解和使用,增强跨文化意识,提高文化交际能力。本选题重在关注初中英语课堂教学中如何导入文化差异的问题,提出了汉英文化差异导入的原则和方法。 关键词:中英文化差异;英语语言教学;文化导入;教学方法 |
