Abstract: The ways of dealing with interpersonal relationship can be different due to their different cultural contexts. The differences lead to barriers and impediments in cross-cultural communications. Thus, for the sake of avoiding communicative obstructions, this paper, from the perspective of interpersonal relationship, identifies the differences, analyzes their effects, and suggests some solutions correspondingly.

摘要：中西方文化存着巨大差异，尤其是处理人际关系的方式的差异。这就造成了实际交往中很多误解和尴尬，特别是外企工作者遇到的交往困惑等。因此本文研究了中西方文化在人际关系处理方面的不同。本文重点探讨了所存在的差异,分析了这些差异带来的影响并讨论了相应的解决办法。
