ABSTRACT:With the deepening of the education reform, the construction of the specialist school and campus culture has become an important developing tendency. Student organizations play an important role as one of the main measures of it. American student organization culture with its mature system offered a model to the rest of the world. With the Glee’s shown in 2009, American high school organization has become a hot topic again. Based on John Dewey’s theory of interest, this thesis analyzes the characteristics of American high school organization in TV plays Glee, which are precious references for the construction of high school organization in China. These characteristics are as follows: individuations, standardization, socialization, enrichment, branding. These characteristics highlight the students' personalities, strengthen the combination of student organization construction and high school organization, guide the competition for student organization, and obtain the fund guarantee for its development, which will offer us valuable reference to build our high school organization.
