Abstract
This dissertation is based on the studies of primary school English teaching. With the further advance of the new curriculum reform, the traditional teaching mode has been greatly influenced, and it is significant to innovate and reform teaching methods constantly. Cooperative learning is an important learning method in primary school English teaching. It is conducive to the cultivate students' interest in learning so as to improve the teaching effect. This article is to study and explore the importance of cooperative learning, the application of cooperative learning in primary school English teaching and the problems that should be paid attention to in the application of cooperative learning in primary school English teaching.
