Abstract
The current application of games in English teaching faces many obstacles in our country. Teachers’ view on game teaching may be biased. Some teachers think that games are a waste of time and as a tool for entertainment. Because one teacher is in charge of all the students in English class, he/she pays little attention to each student. Many young teachers learn a little about the students’ mentality, they cannot raise the students’ interest. Meanwhile, they do not develop the personal characteristics of the students such as shy or constrained. The game teaching method has some limitations in our country because of our education system. So how to improve the way to apply a proper game in English teaching is a critical problem. Therefore, the author put forward this research project.
