Abstract
At present, there are a lot of limitations in English education in primary schools in our country, which makes the education has its own defects, so that there is a common problem of poor oral English among students. In order to change this situation, our country needs to provide human resources and financial resources, and our teachers need to reform the concept of education and change the way of education, to open a new path for China's English education. Among them, the teaching of chants is a meaningful attempt. In this dissertation, the author hopes that through the investigation of the use of chants, as well as the use of chants in English classroom experiments in a primary, to better study the effect of chants in English language teaching in primary schools.
