Abstract

With the rapid development of science and technology of China, English for Science and Technology as a tool for communication has aroused more and more attention. English for Science and Technology as a branch of the field of English, it not only has the characteristics of general English, but also has its own features. However, some people don’t have a thorough and profound understanding of English for Science and Technology, then mistranslate scientific texts during translation. This thesis mainly starts from the features of English for Science and Technology, then analyses some problems that exist in the translation of English for Science and Technology.
