Abstract:Since 21st century, with the rapid development of economic and the scientific technology’s becoming mature, the Internet is getting more and more attention and appreciation from people. Especially in these two years, the domestic microblogs were sweeping around the whole country with a sudden strike even the world. As one kind of the products of micro-culture, the buzz words that come from or spread over the microblogs responded the social change in time. How to translate these kind of buzzwords will influence the transmission of our own social culture and the cultural interaction with the foreigners.Previously, there have been some papers discussed about the issue about the application of domestication and foreignization on the Internet buzzwords. They are so precious and valuable that made a contribution to the research covering the area of Internet. However, in terms of the buzzwords that emerge on domestic microblogs, there were still few specific researches now. The writer held that based on the fact that microblogs are stepping into the global Internet market as an newly independent industry. It is necessary to make a research specialized on this area. Consequently, this paper will take some newer microblog buzzwords which spread over within these two years as research objects and collect their forms of translation, trying to analyze their translations from the perspectives of Domestication and Foreignization, aiming at pointing out the present circumstance of these two strategies’application on the microblog’s buzz words, and giving some advices. 摘要:自21世纪以来,随着经济的快速发展和科学技术的日趋成熟,互联网越来越受到人们的普遍重视和依赖。特别是近两年来,国内出现的微博更以其迅雷不及掩耳之势席卷全国乃至影响到与外界的交流,作为社会微文化的产物之一,微博出现的热词及时地反映了社会现象的变迁,如何翻译这些词汇将会影响到我们本国社会的文化传播和与外界的文化交流。当前在关于网络热词英译的归化异化问题上已有相关研究出现。他们对网络热词这方面的研究贡献巨大,十分宝贵,有价值。然而,却没有文献专门研究微博热词这一块领域。笔者认为,基于国内微博正在以一个独立的新兴产业步入国际互联网市场的事实,有必要以此范围作出以下探讨。因此,本文将已近两年来的微博热词为例子,收集他们的译法,并从归化异化的角度分析他们应用情况,并提出一些个人见解。 关键词:新浪微博;热词;归化;异化;中译英
