摘  要:随着社会的发展和生活水平的提高人们对于生活质量的追求也随之发生改变。渐渐的生活品质和更高层次的精神追求渐渐成为人们为之奋斗的目标。各地拔地而起的经济型别墅填补了高端别墅价格昂贵的市场空缺，也使更多人实现了自己改善居住条件的需求。而如今别墅风格与形式也是多种多样， LOFT风格在全球范围内的兴起为中国LOFT的发展奠定了基础并提供了参考依据。它在城市的发展中崛起，得到了建筑和室内设计等有关人员的关注，于是各种类型的LOFT建筑拔地而起，在中国也开始流行起来。它起源于纽约，是对旧产业建筑的一种有效的更新设计和再次利用。它将生活和工作的空间一体化，打破了常规，这种新的空间模式受到了大家的喜欢。随着时代的进步，这种符合城市发展观念的新风格成为了一种社会文化现象开始在全球范围内流行起来，如今更成为了一种生活方式。本文对LOFT的概念、特点、产生、发展直到普及等各个方面进行了介绍，并由此总结和提出了关于LOFT风格的设计方法和LOFT风格的常规设计原则。LOFT风格在发展的不同阶段受到其他风格的影响也具有多变性，本文是从了解LOFT风格的起源到发展的过程中总结出关于LOFT风格在室内应用的设计方法。

ABSTRACT:With the social development and the improvement of living standards of the people for the pursuit of quality of life also will be changed. Gradually quality of life and a higher level of spiritual pursuit gradually become strive for the goal. Cheap springing up all over the house to fill the high-end villa expensive vacancies in the market, but also enable more people to achieve their demands to improve their living conditions. Today villa style and took various forms, LOFT style worldwide rise of China laid the foundation for the development of LOFT and provide a reference. It is the rise in urban development, architecture and interior design have been other relevant personnel concerned, so all types of LOFT new buildings in China also began to pop up. It originated in New York, is a former industrial building an effective update the design and re-use. It will live and work in space for integration, breaking the routine, this new space model has been everyone's favorite. With the progress of the times, this concept of urban development in line with new style of become a social and cultural phenomenon began to pop up on a global scale, and now it has become a way of life. In this paper, the concept of LOFT, features, production, development and other aspects until the popularization were introduced, and thus summarized and presented on the LOFT LOFT style design methods and styles of conventional design principles. LOFT style in different stages of development by the influence of other styles also has variability, this article is to understand the origins of LOFT style summed up the process of development on the LOFT style in interior design applications.
