摘要 目的:采用吸附法,考察M16Fe-MP对水体常见污染物四环素(TC)的吸附行为。方法:考察了吸附平衡时间﹑初始浓度﹑反应温度﹑pH值﹑离子强度等因素对吸附性能的影响,总结出最佳的吸附条件。结果:当吸附时间达6 h时,吸附基本达到平衡。M16Fe-MP对四环素的吸附受pH影响较大,当pH为4时有最大吸附量。溶液中钠离子含量越多越有利于吸附,而钙离子浓度越高吸附效果越差。反应温度对吸附的影响较小。结论:TC在M16Fe-MP上的吸附平衡时间约6 h。在反应温度为45 ℃,pH为4,钠离子强度较大或钙离子浓度越小的情况下,吸附能力较强。 关键词:抗生素;四环素;介孔材料;吸附
Abstract Objective: To investigate the Adsorption behavior of common water pollutants tetracycline(TC) onto M16Fe-MP. Method: Mainly studying the influences of equilibrium time, initial concentration, reaction temperature, the pH value of the solution, and ionic strength on the adsorption of antibiotics by M16Fe-MP,and seeking the best adsorption conditions. Result: The adsorption amount increased with the time prolonged, and kept a contant value of about 6 h; pH of the environment has great impact on the adsorption of TC onto M16Fe-MP,when the pH value equals 4,it has the largest adsorption amount ; Large numbers of sodium icons in the solution will greatly affect the M16Fe-MP adsorption of TC,while the concentration of calcium icons is higher.The experimental temperature on the adsorption was less affected.Conclusion: The equilibration time of adsorption is about 6 h,when the reaction temperature is 45℃,pH of 4 ,the concentration of TC is big,and ionic strength of sodium is big or the concentration of calcium icons is around 0.013 mol/L, the adsorption amount of TC on the M16Fe-MP is best.
