摘要:为了了解师范大学生自信和焦虑的总体状况,并探讨师范大学生自信与特质焦虑的关系,研究者采用个人评价问卷和特质焦虑量表对124名师范大学生进行了自信与特质焦虑的关系研究。结果表明: 1.师范大学生自信总体上处于中下等水平,师范大学生自信总分与部分自信维度存在显著的性别差异。 2.师范大学生特质焦虑总体上处于中上等水平,师范大学生特质焦虑性别差异不显著。 3.师范大学生自信总分和自信各维度(除体育运动外)与特质焦虑间均存在显著的负相关,即大学生越不自信其焦虑程度越高。 4.交谈自信、爱情关系自信和学业表现自信变量对特质焦虑具有明显预测作用,其中以交谈自信变量的预测性最佳。 关键词:自信 特质焦虑 师范大学生
Abstract:In order to explored the normal college students' self-confidence and anxiety, and discuss the general conditions of college students' normal relations of self-confidence and trait anxiety, the author used Personal Evaluation Inventory and Trait Anxiety Inventory to scale 124 normal college students to discuss the relationship between their self-confidence and trait anxiety. The results were as follows: 1. Normal college students' self-confidence generally was below the average level, and the difference of gender in the PEI scores of the normal college students and partial self-confidence dimension were significant. 2. Normal college students’ general trait anxiety was beyond the average level, and the difference of gender in trait anxiety was significant. 3. Normal college students' PEI scores and the different dimensions of confidence (excepted the dimension of the sports) were negatively correlated with trait anxiety. 4. Conversation confidence, love relationship confidence and academic performance confidence proved to be significant predictors of trait anxiety. And Conversation confidence had the best predictability among them. Key words: self-confidence, trait anxiety, normal college students
本研究发现师范大学生自信总体上处于中等偏下水平。从自信的各维度来看,学业表现、社会相互关系以及交谈这三个维度的平均分相对较高,而影响自信判断的心境状态和体育运动的平均分相对较低。可见师范大学生在学业,同人交往方面比较自信;在体育运动方面不自信,在影响自信判断的心境状态方面状态不佳。这与社会对大学生的要求和期望是密切相关的,社会主流观点认为大学生应该是有知识、言行举止有风度的高素质人群。多数大学生也是这么要求自己的,这就让大学生在这些方面比其他群体有优势,从而让大学生在这些方面更有自信。众所周知,大学生体育运动不好是很寻常、很普遍的。这也是由社会期望决定的,很少会有人因为某个大学生体育运动较差而批评他,大学生也自然会较少的参与体育锻炼。久而久之,大学生因为长期缺乏运动,身体素质将越来越差,体育运动自信也自然比较低。影响自信判断的心境状态这个维度体现的被试最近是否感到更积极、自信。在本研究中,该维度平均分较低表明师范大学生心境状态不佳,有消极和不自信的趋向,这也和社会日趋严重的就业压力以及竞争压力有关。
