摘要:逆变技术在科研、国防、生产和生活领域中应用广泛,如交流传动的变频调速、感应加热、功率超声应用、列车照明、脉冲电镀电源、高频直流焊机、高频电子镇流器、快速充电机等都使用了逆变电源技术。随着控制技术的发展和对设备性能要求的不断提高,许多行业的用电设备不再直接接入交流电网,而是通过电力电子功率变换得到电能供应,因此,高质量的逆变电路已成为电源技术的重要研究对象。 本次设计的任务主要是通过使用DSP技术生成SPWM波形设计产生六路正弦波,控制驱动电路和由IGBT晶闸管构成的逆变桥,完成了将24V直流电转换成频率为50Hz,输出为10V左右相角相差120°的三相交流电。使用DSP数字处理技术进行控制可实现调制电路的全数字操作、工作方式灵活、频率范围宽、精度高功能强, 可实现系统的智能化设计。设计中采用DSP进行软件部分的设计, 实现了逆变电源输出电压开环控制。 通过实验表明, 由DSP数字处理技术构成的逆变电源系统结构简单、输出波形好、性能稳定可靠, 适合于中、小功率的应用场合。 关键字:SPWM;三相波形;逆变;DSP
ABSTRACT:Inverter technology is widely used in the scientific research, national defense, production and areas of life applications, such as AC transmission frequency control of motor speed, induction heating, power ultrasound application, train lighting, pulse electroplating power supply, high frequency DC welder, high frequency electronic ballast, rapid charging machine used inverter technology. Along with the development of the technology to control and improve equipment performance requirements, many in the industry no longer electrical equipment directly access exchange network, but through the power electronic power transformation get electricity supply, therefore, high quality inverter circuits has become an important research object of power technologies. The main task of design is by using DSP technology produces SPWM sine wave produced six waveform design, control by IGBT drive circuit and the thyristor inverter in the composition of the bridge, the completion of the 24 V DC will convert frequency for frequency 50 Hz, output for about 10 V phase Angle of the three-phase ac differ 120 °. Use DSP digital treatment techniques for the control can be realized modulation circuit full digital operation, flexible work, frequency wide range, high precision function is strong, can realize the system of intelligent design. Design by using DSP software part of the design, realization the output voltage inverter power supply open loop control. Through the experiments show that, by DSP digital processing technology in the composition of the inverter power supply system structure is simple, the output waveform good, stable and reliable performance, suitable for medium and small power applications.
