摘要:断路器是电力系统中的重要设备之一,目前真空断路器与SF6断路器近年来各自均得到长足的发展,而真空断路器在中压断路器市场需要量已逐年超过SF6断路器,尤以12KV真空断路器占有优势。在我国,12KV真空断路器占有绝对优势,且所占市场份额越来越大。本设计主要探讨了一个电压等级为12KV真空断路器的设计,从性能、结构和相关的技术方面进行了真空灭弧室的设计及其相关参数的计算,触头的设计,动、热稳定及温升验算,绝缘结构分析,操动机构选用及相关计算。 关键词 真空断路器;真空灭弧室;触头;操动机构
Abstract:Circuit breaker is one of the most important equipment in power system, the vacuum circuit breaker and SF6 circuit breaker get considerable development in recent years, and vacuum circuit breaker requirement has been more than SF6 circuit breaker in the medium voltage circuit breaker market, especially in 12KV vacuum circuit breaker has advantage. .In our country, 12KV vacuum circuit breaker has an absolute advantage, and the market share is growing.
