摘要:电力系统对企业生产的正常运行起着越来越重要的作用,许多大型产业尤其是钢铁企业对供配电的要求越来越高,钢铁厂的供配电系统规划设计是一个复杂而系统的工程,涉及的问题很多,考虑不周会使企业投资增加、管理不便、扩建困难。电能是工业生产的主要能源和动力,在钢铁厂里生产的连续性强生产集中,对供电质量的要求较高。因此对钢铁厂的配电系统进行设计对钢铁厂的流水线以及它的产品质量是很重要的。本设计遵循安全可靠、 技术先进、 经济合理的要求,通过对电力负荷的计算,电力负荷的无功补偿,且确定变电所主变压器的台数、容量与类型, 选择变电所主接线方案及高低压设备和进出线,选择整定继电保护, 确定防雷和接地装置等完成设计。 关键词 :钢铁厂;供配电设计;电力负荷;主接线
ABSTRACT:Power for the normal operation of production plays an increasingly important role for many large industries, especially iron and steel enterprise supply and distribution are increasingly demanding, planning and design of power supply and distribution system of the steel plant is a complex and systematic project, many of the problems involved, ill-conceived expansion will increase business investment, management inconvenience, difficulties. Power is not only industrial production of major energy and power, strong continuity of production in the steel production, to supply high quality requirements. The steel plant and distribution system is designed on the lines of the steel plant and its product quality is very important. This design followed security reliable, and technology advanced, and economic reasonable of requirements, through on power load of calculation, power load of no power compensation, and determines substation location and forms, determines substation main transformer of Taiwan number, and capacity and type, select substation main wiring programme and the high low voltage equipment and access line, select whole will following electric protection, determines anti-Ray and grounding device, completed design.
