摘要:随着国民经济的发展,电力市场也在不断的完善和发展,机组组合问题成为降低成本提高收益的重要问题。本文研究电力市场中的机组组合问题,揭示竞争的电力市场中机组组合的作用和面临的问题,探求解决方法,这对于考察电力市场的电能交易具有十分重要的理论价值和实践指导意义。首先,介绍了在当前的电力市场机组组合理论研究的意义及机组组合问题的国内外研究现状。其次,由于电力工业自身的技术进步及其运营环境的变化,到目前为止,机组组合的目标函数基本可分为发电成本最小、购电费用最小和社会效益最大三种。本文采用了购电费用最小的数学模型。再次,在分析已有模型的基础上,本文采用了一种解决机组组合问题的算法混合整数规划法。最后通过算例仿真表明本文采用的模型和算法是研究电力市场中的机组组合分析的有效手段。 关键词:电力市场,机组组合,混合整数规划法
Abstract: With the development of national economy, power market is also in constant improvement and development, the unit commitment problem has become an important problem to reduce costs to improve profitability. The thesis focuses on unit commitment problem in electricity market, aims at revealing function and question of unit commitment in competitive power market, and searching for solution methods. This has a very important theoretical value and practical significance for the inspection of the electricity market electricity transactions. Firstly, this thesis introduce the meaning of unit commitment theory in the electricity market, home and abroad research status of the unit commitment problem.Secondly, according to technological progress of the electric power industry and changes in its operating environment. So far, the objective function of unit commitment can basically be divided into three types: the minimum cost of power generation, power purchase costs and social benefits of the largest. In this paper, the thesis used the minimum cost of purchasing electricity mathematical model. Thirdly, on the basis of analysis of existing models, this paper use mixed-integer programming method to solve the unit commitment problem. Finally, by numerical examples show that the models and algorithms this paper present is an effective means of unit commitment in the electricity market.
