摘要:随着社会经济的发展,城乡电网规模不断扩大,电网结构日趋复杂,特别是目前我国的电力工业已经开始进入“大电网”、“大机组”、“超高压交、直流输电”、“电网调度自动化”、“状态检修”等新技术发展的新阶段,这对供电可靠性的要求越来越高。备用电源自动投入装置对提高供电的可靠性和连续性起着非常重要的作用,因此备自投在系统中得到广泛的应用。但其原理较为简单,在某些特殊情况下,造成备自投装置不能正常动作。譬如,目前的备用电源自动投入装置普遍不能与安稳系统配合,需要把备用电源自动投入装置退出运行,严重的降低了电网的供电可靠性。现针对电力系统中备自投装置存在的问题进行总结,提出各问题的改进方法。通过对备自投进行改进、升级,使其变成智能化的备自投系统,能根据故障的特点分析出故障区,从而直接对故障区动作,保证了动作的准确性、提高备自投的成功率,减少停电范围,恢复对无故障区设备进行供电,保证了对用户的供电连续性,对提高供电可靠性、电网的安全运行有着重要的意义。因此,在生产管理工作中,对备自投装置的认识和管理不容忽视,只有正确使用和保护好它,我们的供电可靠性才能得到足够的保证,人民的生活和社会的健康发展才能得到保障。 关键词:备自投;动作;成功率;供电
Abstract:With the rapid development of China’s economy, the power grip systems in both urban and suburban area keep growing larger in scale and more complicated. The current situation of China’s electricity industry is gradually entering a new stage with the advanced technology of “large high voltage electric system, large generating set, high voltage DC/AC electricity transmission, dispatching automation, state maintenance”. Thus a more reliable power grip system is required. Standby power source automatic put-in device is therefore widely used for it is a key element to ensure a reliable and continuous electricity transmission. However, with a relatively simple principle, the standby power source automatic put-in device may not work properly under certain circumstances. For example, the existing standby power source automatic put-in device generally can’t work well with a stable system, it has to be quitted from the system, which will reduce the stability of electricity generating to a large extent. The thesis is going to summarize the problems in the application of the standby power source automatic put-in device in power grip system as well as to suggest better solutions. By improving the standby power source automatic put-in device to an intelligent system, we can find out the trouble zone instantly according to features of the breakdown. In a result, the goals of ensuring the preciseness and high success rate of the standby power source automatic put-in device system, reducing the electricity breakdown area, restoring power supply for trouble-free area and stabilizing the electricity transmission are achieved. Therefore, it is of great significance for improving the reliability of electricity transmitting as well as building a safer power grid system.Therefore, during production and management, we should not neglect the recognition and management of standby power source automatic put-in device. Only if we use and protect it in a correct way, we can secure the stability of electricity generating, as well as people’s living and stable development of society.
