摘要:目前,我国农业普遍使用漫灌的方式进行灌溉,这种灌溉方式严重地浪费了水资源,导致了我国农业灌溉水资源利用率低下,水资源严重浪费。同时,我国恰好是农业大国,水的得当利用对农业发展有着至关重要的位置,有利于补充当地水资源贫乏,分布不均的局面。因此,农业灌溉系统的节水性能的推广使用对我国农业的发展具有重要意义。 本文介绍了农业灌溉系统的工艺和流程,并通过研究设计一套基于可编程控制器(PLC)控制的农业灌溉系统。文章通过介绍基于农业灌溉控制系统的工艺及相关流程,控制系统硬件结构设计、以及PLC控制系统的软件设计,来说明PLC在农业灌溉的应用。用户可以根据灌溉的要求进行设计。系统分为手动和自动两种模式。手动灌溉可以自主设置灌溉区,灌溉时间和灌溉模式,而自动模式则是通过空气湿度传感器和土壤湿度传感器来对农作物选择灌溉区和灌溉模式。 关键词:自动灌溉;可编程控制器 ;节水性能
Abstract:At present, China's agricultural way of widespread use of irrigation, this irrigation is seriously a waste of water resources and has led to low utilization of water resources for agricultural, water is a serious waste. At same time, China happens to be a large agricultural country, the proper use ofthe water has a crucial position to agricultural development, to supplement local water shortage, the uneven distribution of the situation. Therefore,it is very important to promote the use of agricultural irrigation systems for the china’s agricultural. This article describes the process of agricultural irrigation systems and processes and study or design a agricultural irrigation systems based on the PLC. The article describes the application of the PLC in agricultural irrigation by introducing agricultural irrigation control system’s technology and processes, the control system hardware architecture design, and systemsoftware design. System is divided into both manual and automatic mode。Manual irrigation can be independently set the irrigation district, irrigation time and irrigation mode,and Automatic mode is selected on crops irrigated areas and irrigation patterns by airand humidity sensors and soil moisture sensor.
