摘要:产品召回制度起源于美国1966年的汽车召回制度，食品召回制度是产品召回制度不断完善的结果。食品召回制度在我国建立相对较晚，相关的法律法规建设还存在很多不足的地方，这不利于我国食品召回工作的开展。本文以完善我国食品召回制度的必要性为切入点，对该制度存在的主要问题进行探讨，对比研究国外的食品召回制度，借鉴国外先进的立法经验，结合我国的国情，对完善我国食品召回制度提出建议。

Abstract:Product recall system is traceable to the automobile recall system. At the meantime, food recall system is the result of product recall system’s perfecting. Since it is established relatively late in our country, it exists many deficiencies in establishing relevant laws and regulations which do bad for carrying out the job in food recall system. This paper raises some suggestions to perfect China's food recall system, which is based on the necessity of perfecting our China food recall system and discusses the main problems existing in the system, also does head-to-head comparison with other countries, then takes foreign legislation for reference and combines with the situation of our country.
