【摘要】货物原产地规则是国际贸易的重要内容，关于原产地规则的改革与完善的讨论也随着国际贸易的深化而不断发展。我国现行的原产地规则是2004年通过的《中华人民共和国进出口货物原产地条例》，本文从原产地规则的概念、我国原产地规则现存的不足和完善原产地规则的建议几方面出发论述我国原产地规则现行的状况，通过对国外相关立法例的借鉴和研究，力图为我国原产地规则的完善提供一些思路。
