摘要:就业歧视在全球各国皆是备受关注的问题,就业不仅关系到个人,更是牵涉到整过国家发展的重要因素。就业歧视问题的严重性,致使各国纷纷制定反就业歧视法律制度加以平衡就业形势,然而我国目前并没有专门的反歧视立法或反就业歧视立法。本文通过对我国制定反就业歧视法律制度过程中所存在的问题的研究,深入分析制定反就业歧视法律制度的重要性以及其存在的主要问题,进一步指出了我国迫切需要制定反就业歧视法律制度必要性和重要性。笔者通过借鉴反就业歧视法律制度相对完善的美国和英国制定反就业歧视法律制度的经验,对我国完善反就业歧视法律制度提出了具体的若干建议。 关键词:就业歧视问题,反就业歧视,完善法律制度
Abstract:Employment discrimination are concerned all over the world.Employment is not only related to the individual,but also involved in the important factors in the development of a country.The seriousness of the employment discrimination problem,resulting in many countries have enacted laws against discrimination in employment system,however,there is no technical anti-discrimination legislation or anti-employment discrimination legislation in our country.This article through to study the development of the law of the anti-employment discrimination in our country,in-depth analysis of the important of making the law of the anti-employment discrimination and its existence the main question,further pointed out that China’s urgent need for the development of anti-employment discrimination law system necessity and importance.The author through the reference of anti-employment discrimination legal system is relatively perfect in the United States and Britain,put forword some concrete suggestuins of making anti-employment discrimination legal system.
