摘要:百货店这一零售形式在我国最早盛行于清朝乾隆年间。在改革开放以前,百货商场在我国零售行业占据极大的比重 ,在计划经济体制下几乎垄断全国的商品零售市场。然而我国对外开放以后,许多外资百货被引入国内,这在一定程度上冲击了我国传统百货商场。随着时代的发展 ,人们的消费习惯发生了变化,多种零售业态由此兴起,这又再一次冲击了百货行业百货行业,使传统百货业逐渐失去强势地位 。但2000年以来,我国居民的收入和消费水平不断的提高,百货零售业出现了利于其自身发展的新趋势,虽然许多百货公司逐渐向这些趋势靠拢,但是由于百货行业内部分化严重、经营模式单一以及面对外部的众多压力百货店的地位已与过去不可同日而语。本文从百货行业内部因素以及外部因素出发,分析其经营现状和已取得的成就,针对经营现状和出现的问题提出创新策略解决问题,并且分析了百货行业的未来发展趋势以求百货行业得到更加长远的发展。 关键词:我国百货店 经营现状 创新战略

本文采用了文献法和案例法等方法,首先对我国百货店的经营发展现状和主要特点进行分析。分析过程中参考了相关领域和专业的参考文献。其次采用了案例法,针对百货业的经营现状和创新战略以及百货业未来的发展趋势,列举了一些案例。此外,课题研究方法还采用了比较研究法,对比了中外的一些案例。例如,本文对比了欧美发达国家的零售行业集中度和中国的零售行业集中度;此外,还对中国和美国对零售业态的定义进行了对比,发现两国的定义有很多相似之处。本文还采用了反思的方法,针对中国和欧美等发达国家百货零售业的差距以及我国百货行业目前存在的一系列问题进行反思,并提出了可行的对策。 结论:我国百货店的未来思考。总之,我国百货行业应该坦然面对自己目前出现的一些问题,总结长期以来的经营经验,树立企业品牌形象,积极吸收外商百货店与新型零售业态的先进思想,逐渐向规模大型化、组织集团化、多元化发展,采用创新策略,打造核心竞争力,实现差异化,以在激烈的竞争中求得生存与发展。
