摘要:企业文化在当今高速发展的社会经济中得到了前所未有地重视,但大量的事实表明,我国企业文化研究领域的许多方面还存在着欠缺,远远赶不上企业发展的要求。本文关注于传统文化在当代企业文化建设中的角色和作用问题,通过的企业文化进行了理论与实践两个方面的探索。在文章思路方面,首先综述国内外企业文化,传统文化以及传统文化与企业文化相结合的理论研究成果,而后尝试性地从理论上探索了企业文化与中国传统文化的关系,并且从辩证的角度分析了中国传统文化对企业文化的影响,最后通过“XX彩妆造型学校”案例简析文章最后对前文进行一定的总结,挖掘了其推广意义,对传统文化在当代企业文化建设中的作用进行了展望。 关键词:企业文化、传统文化、企业文化构建、XX彩妆学校
ABSTRACT:the purpose of this paper is to explore new century China enterprise culture construction problems. 本文借鉴,参考,吸收国内外有关企业文化建设的研究成果,并结合我国企业文化建设的实际情况,在介绍了我国传统文化的内涵以及其对我国企业文化的影响的基础上,提出了合理借鉴中国传统文化并全面建设我国当代企业文化的重要课题。本文主要侧重于以下三个方面:一、综述国内外企业文化,传统文化以及传统文化与企业文化相结合的理论研究成果。二、研究企业文化与中国传统文化的关系,以及辩证地分析中国传统文化对企业文化的影响。三、通过“XX彩妆造型学校”案例简析如何将传统文化应用于企业文化的构建当中。四、对前文进行一定的总结,并深入挖掘其推广意义,对中国企业文化建设进行展望。
