摘 要:近年来，在市场经济的大潮中，中小企业在经济增长，缓解就业压力，促进产业结构调整，推动城市化进程，起到了举足轻重的作用。它是一个国家国民经济的“低盘”，是国民经济的基础。不过总的来说，中小企业普遍是民营或者私营企业，在国家政策方面没有像国企一样受到国家的扶持，可以说在市场竞争中处于相对的弱势地位。并且，跟欧美发达国家相比，中国的中小企业发展不仅速度慢，而且生命周期很短，据相关数据统计我国的中小企业寿命平均只有2.9年。如何能够使中小企业基业长青，已经越来越受到各国政府和学者的重视。本文从中小企业文化建设的角度试图分析解决中小企业的长期发展之道。

　　　本文从中小企业企业文化建设入手，在国内外学者研究基础之上，针对我国中小企业的企业文化建设现状，结合娃哈哈由小到大的发展历程中企业文化所起到的作用。得出了一些对中小企业文化建设具有重要意义的原则和对策，希望能对我国中小企业文化建设起到参考作用。
